SCSC2009, Istanbul, Turkey, June 2009

The 2009 Summer Simulation Multiconference (SummerSim'09) is an annual conference sponsored by The Society for Modeling and Simulation International which covers state-of-the-art developments in computer simulation technologies, as well as scientific, industrial, and business applications. Areas covered include high-performance computing technologies, models and algorithms, GUI visualization technologies, communications and much more. Application disciplines covered include advanced telecommunication; computer systems; military, government & aerospace; energy, and other industries. The conference includes keynote speeches presented by technology and industry leaders, technical sessions, professional development courses and seminars, as well as vendor exhibits. Scientists, engineers, managers, educators, and business professionals who develop or use simulation tools are invited to participate and present original papers. Proposals are solicited for papers, panels, tutorials, workshops, seminars, exhibits, social activities and for other presentation, discussion and sponsorship formats. People are always welcome to benefit by taking an organizing role. SummerSim'09 offers many ways to promote simulation products and to enhance corporate images. You are invited to use the Summer Simulation Multiconference in ways that best serve your interests.

I3M2009, Canary Islands - Spain, September 2009

I3M2009, Canary Islands - Spain, September 2009

Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife - Canary Islands) will held the 6th edition of the International Mediterranean and Latin American Modeling Multiconference in 2009. This new edition is intended to be a unique opportunity to meet together and discuss about every topic related to Modelling and Simulation surrounded by the incomparable framework of the so-called "Fortunate Islands".

Harbour, Maritime & Multimodal Logistics Modelling and Simulation

The HMS Conference concentrates on applications of simulation and computer technologies to logistics, supply chain management, multimodal transportation, maritime environment and industrial logistics. HMS Conference is a traditional event and it was held succesfully worldwide, usually in the sourrondings of major international ports (HMS1999 Genoa, HMS2000 Portofino, HMS2001 Marseille, HMS2002 Bergeggi, HMS2003 Riga, HMS2004 Rio de Janeiro, HMS2006 Barcelona); however HMS foundations are even older, originally a "Harbour & Maritime Transport Workshop" was included as part of Simulation in Industry Conference, Genoa (1996) and then a "Modelling and Simulation within a Maritime Environment Workshop" was organized in Riga during 1998; in 2007 the HMS2007 conference moved back to Italy as part of I3M2007, after 2006 in Barcelona, 2005 in Marseille where it was held in co-location with I3M2005 (local mirror) and ESS2005 (local mirror). In 2008 the Workshop moved to South Italy in HMS2008, Campora San Giovanni Calabria in co-location with I3M2008, the event was a great success in term of quality and attendance. In 2009 the conference moves to Canary Istalnds in Spain and it is a joint event in I3M2009, co-locating HMS2009, EMSS2009 and MAS2009. In the past editions worldwide specialist had the opportunity to participate and interact to this important International Forum on Logistics. The audience includes both users, vendors and scientists operating in applying advanced techniques to supply chains, logistics and handling facilities.

EMSS2009, Canary Islands - Spain, September 2009

21th European Simulation Symposium and Exhibition - Simulation in Industry (Co-Located Events: I3M2009/EMSS2009/HMS2009/MAS2009)

The 21th European Simulation Symposium and Exhibition will take place in Tenerife, Canary Islands. This year the Conference will be co-located with I3M, attracting an even larger world simulation community thanks to the new co-operation between SCS Europe and I_M_CS, two major SCS Simulation Councils. Based on the last year figures over 200 speakers are expected to present new advances in Modelling and Simulation in Tenerife, Canary Islands - Spain.

MAS2009, Canary Islands - Spain, September 2009

The MAS Workshop concentrates on applied Modeling & simulation (M&S) and computer technologies; application fields include logistics, supply chain management, production control, business and industrial organization. In 1996 DIP (University of Genoa) was driving the European Simulation Symposium into the Simulation in Industry Event for demonstrating the potential of M&S applied in real world; in similar way MAS is an International Workshop in M&S Applications. MAS was established in 2002 as a joint event to HMS2002 (Bergeggi, Italy) in order to provide an opportunity for Project Meetings (i.e. IEPAL, LESNEX, WILD). Several editions were held of MAS event during the past years: MAS2003 as a stand-along event, MAS2004 as part of I3M2004 Multiconference, MAS2005 in joint cooperation with I3M Conference in Marseille, MAS2006 as stand alone event, MAS2007 in cooperation with I3M Multiconference, and finally MAS2008 in joint cooperation with I3M2008 Multiconference in Calabria. The MAS2009 is a joint event in cooperation with that will be held in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife - Canary Islands -). In this framework, worldwide specialist have the opportunity to present new advanced applications as well to work forward for establish new international co-operation and projects. This event is the ideal framework for setting up European Community and International Projects and it could be used as a framework for hosting project review meeting and project exploitation. The audience includes users, vendors and scientists operating in applying advanced techniques to industry, business and services.
